Fillings and crowns for little teeth
Cavities happen, even in families that brush. When a tooth needs repair, we fix it gently, explain every step first, and keep the visit as short as we can.
Dental fillings
When bacteria and sugar wear through a tooth’s protective outer layer, a cavity forms. A filling repairs a small cavity — or a small chip or fracture — and restores the tooth’s health and natural shape, usually in a single visit.
For many fillings we can use the Solea laser, which often means no needle and no drill.
Stainless steel and porcelain crowns
A crown covers and protects the whole tooth. We may recommend one when a baby tooth has extensive decay or has had a pulpotomy (a “baby root canal”). Keeping that baby tooth in place until it falls out naturally helps the permanent tooth underneath come in where it should.
We offer stainless steel crowns for back teeth and porcelain crowns for front teeth, chosen for your child’s needs.

Keeping kids comfortable
We move at your child’s pace and explain each step in kid words before it happens. For children who need extra help feeling relaxed, we offer laughing gas and other sedation options, and we always walk you through the choices first.
